No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Energy Bites

  • ⅔ cup peanut butter

  • ⅔ pinch sea salt

  • ⅔ tsp vanilla extract

  • ⅛ cup honey

  • 1⅜ cups oats rolled

  • Start by adding the peanut butter to a stockpot over low heat and melt for 2-3 minutes.

  • Next, add the rolled oats to a large mixing bowl and stir in the peanut butter. Mix well.

  • Add the raw honey, pure vanilla extract, and sea salt and mix to combine.

  • Set in the fridge for 15 minutes and then roll into 14 bite-sized rounds.

  • Store in the fridge until ready to enjoy!
