No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Energy Bites

⅔ cup peanut butter

⅔ pinch sea salt

⅔ tsp vanilla extract

⅛ cup honey

1⅜ cups oats rolled

Start by adding the peanut butter to a stockpot over low heat and melt for 2-3 minutes.

Next, add the rolled oats to a large mixing bowl and stir in the peanut butter. Mix well.

Add the raw honey, pure vanilla extract, and sea salt and mix to combine.

Set in the fridge for 15 minutes and then roll into 14 bite-sized rounds.

Store in the fridge until ready to enjoy!
