So even a regular Crossfit attendee will be tempted to use steroids to give them an advantage over their fellow Crossfit box membersbecause they think the sport is for guys. However, Crossfit is often just another version of Crossfit in another form, bulking crossfit. Like any other workout, the basic components of a Crossfit workout can be broken down based on the individual's goals, bulking and cutting alternative.
