  • ⅓ frozen banana

  • 6 strawberries, frozen

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 pinch cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 serving protein powder (optional)

  • Place all of the ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.

  • Pour into a bowl and top with berries and desiccated coconut, if using.
