⅓ frozen banana

6 strawberries, frozen

1 cup almond milk

1 pinch cinnamon

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

1 serving protein powder (optional)

Place all of the ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and top with berries and desiccated coconut, if using.
