  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 1 handful kale

  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
