5 Minute Tuna Salad

  • ½ can canned tuna, drained

  • ½ celery stalk, chopped

  • ¼ red onion, chopped

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

  • ½ head iceberg lettuce, shredded

  • 1. Start by adding the canned tuna to a mixing bowl along with the mayo, celery, onion, and sea salt. Mix well.

  • 2. Split into two servings and serve over shredded lettuce and garnish with chives.
